If you are in town on the 18th of this month, you’d be well advised to stop by White Walls for this charity auction to benefit the Oceanic Awareness Collaboration. It’s a great chance to pick up some really affordable art by an array of fantastic artists and all for a good cause.
“A collaborative group show with an effort to raise awareness & funding for the purpose & progression of Oceanic Awareness Collaboration. Proceeds will be designated as scholarships, research funding & creative sustainability projects. This art show will directly benefit The OAC Fund, which provides underprivileged kids with scholarships to attend the CIMI Marine Biology Camp on Catalina Island, CA. Proceeds will also fund OAC’s creative endeavors built around art, music & fashion to make a difference in the youth culture & to provoke positive change both locally & globally.
